The Sew News magazine has been a guide for me, even though I have been sewing for over 45 years. It just goes to prove that anyone can improve there sewing techniques to be more efficient and have a professional finish. These magazines are the most valuable tool in my sewing room next to my new Viking sewing machine.To Heavenly Hostess, I am always looking for unique aprons. Your gift of the reversible apron is a great and be receiving much use. I especially like to idea of it being reversible, then one change switch it and still sit at the dinner table with her apron on. To Andrews Mc Neel Publishing, I am looking forward to trying the cast iron cooking recipes. I often wonder how to use them properly and this prize is greatly appreciated. What a great way to introduce me to the 5 Green Boxes website with a gift certificate. I will be exploring your website soon. I have not seen colonial patterns for years. I would purchase them a Woolworth’s. Hand embroidered items are a wonderful gift and useful. The time embroidering is one of many ways I relax. My mother (who passed away one year ago) would always use your patterns on tablecloths, dresser scarfs, and everyday kitchen towels. It gave an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The book about Betty Crocker will give inspiration to my granddaughters budding interest in cooking. I have always wanted to try the Simplicity sidewinder and now I will have one. It will be so valuable during sewing and embroidery so that I do not have to disturb my projects. I am looking forward to exploring the my memories Facebook and website. This gift will give me a just start on creating my sons military scrapbook and try to make a “life and times” memory book for each of my four children.
